We drive executives, sales teams, investors and event delegations across the coast. You get a Mercedes, a chauffeur who speaks English and French, a fixed price agreed in advance, and one contact for every booking. Fuel, tolls, parking and water are included. For arrivals, the Nice airport transfer adds flight tracking and a name sign in the arrivals hall.

Sophia Antipolis technology park

Sophia Antipolis is a technology park spread across several towns between Antibes and Valbonne, with company sites set back in wooded land along roads such as Route des Lucioles and Route des Dolines. Two addresses on the same road can be several kilometres apart, and many buildings have a gatehouse or a separate visitor entrance. Send us the company name and the building, and the chauffeur drops you at reception, not at the wrong gate. From Nice airport, plan 25 to 35 minutes, and add time at peak hours on the A8 around Antibes.

Monaco business meetings

Banks, family offices and wealth managers in Monaco often sit in buildings with tiny forecourts and no visitor parking. The chauffeur drops you at the door, waits in a public car park and comes back when you call. Tunnels and one-way loops make the Principality easy to get wrong for a newcomer, which is why a driver who knows it saves you real time between two appointments. Congresses, delegations and multi-vehicle coordination

Congress weeks in Cannes (MIPIM in March, Cannes Lions in June, MIPCOM in October), at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco or at the Acropolis in Nice put hundreds of delegates on the road at the same time. We plan the vehicle mix, the rotations between airport, hotels and venue, and the order of pickups. Working in the car, confidentiality and punctuality

Most of our vehicles have Wi-Fi. All carry phone chargers and bottled water. Chauffeurs keep the cabin quiet so you can take calls, and they never discuss passengers, destinations or what they hear on board.

Punctuality is planned, not hoped for. The chauffeur arrives before the agreed time, airport pickups follow your flight in real time, and we add a margin on the A8 at rush hour. If something on our side changes, you hear about it first, with a solution.

Vehicles for business travel

The Mercedes E-Class chauffeur is the standard choice for one to three executives, with room for 3 suitcases. The V-Class carries up to 7 passengers, a good fit for a board team travelling together. The Sprinter, with leather VIP seats, takes up to 19 for site visits and team dinners.

Invoicing and company accounts

Companies pay by invoice or bank transfer. We can add a purchase order number or cost centre to each invoice, and regular clients can request one monthly invoice for all rides. To set this up, send us your company details and a first trip through the quote form or by email.
