Airport transfer French Riviera: chauffeur holding a My Group Driver meet and greet sign in the airport arrivals hall

Airport transfer on the French Riviera

Private transfers from Nice Côte d'Azur and the other airports of the region to any address on the coast. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, waits in arrivals and drives you door to door for a price agreed in advance.

The airports we serve

Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE) is the main gateway, 7 km from Nice centre at the end of the Promenade des Anglais. It has two terminals, and your airline decides which one you use. Our chauffeurs wait in the arrivals hall of both. Routes, journey times and pickup details are on our Nice airport transfer page.

Cannes-Mandelieu handles business aviation only, with no scheduled airline flights. It sits a few kilometres west of Cannes, so you can be on the Croisette quickly after landing. We meet you at the terminal once formalities are done.

Toulon-Hyères is the closest airport with scheduled flights to Saint-Tropez, about 50 km away. Our Saint-Tropez airport transfer page compares it with Nice and with La Môle.

Marseille Provence is useful when it has the better flight for you. Count roughly 2 to 2 h 30 by road to Cannes or Nice.

Typical destinations from Nice airport

Destination Distance Usual drive time
Nice city centre 7 km 15 to 25 min
Saint-Paul-de-Vence 15 km 20 to 30 min
Antibes 20 km 25 to 35 min
Cannes 27 km 30 to 45 min
Monaco 30 km 30 to 45 min
Grasse 40 km 40 to 50 min
Menton 40 km 45 to 60 min
Saint-Tropez 105 km 1 h 30 to 2 h 15

Times are outside rush hour. Summer weekends, the Film Festival in May and the Monaco Grand Prix add a lot, and we plan that margin for you.

How meet and greet works

  1. Before you fly, you send your flight number. We track it from take-off, so an early or late landing changes nothing on your side.
  2. After baggage claim, your chauffeur is waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Stay inside the hall, the chauffeur comes to you.
  3. At the car, your bags are loaded and you leave straight away. Waiting time for passport control and luggage is included.

For departures, we collect you at your address and suggest a pickup time based on the season and the airport’s check-in advice.

Which vehicle to choose

A Mercedes E-Class takes up to 3 passengers and about 3 suitcases. A Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers and about 7 suitcases, the usual choice for families. A Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 19 passengers in leather VIP seats.

Pick by luggage as much as by headcount. Four adults with large suitcases need a V-Class, not a saloon. For seminars, weddings and guests arriving on several flights, our group transportation service plans the rotations between terminals and hotels.

Every transfer includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport parking and bottled water. You receive a fixed price by email after sending the quote form, with no payment online.

Frequently asked questions

Which airports do you cover on the French Riviera?

Nice Côte d'Azur, both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, is where most of our pickups happen. We also meet private flights at Cannes-Mandelieu and travellers landing at Toulon-Hyères or Marseille Provence. The service is the same everywhere: meet and greet, flight tracking, waiting time included and a fixed price agreed before you travel.

Should I book my airport transfer in advance?

Yes, ideally a few days ahead, and several weeks ahead for July, August, the Cannes Film Festival or the Monaco Grand Prix, when vehicles are in high demand. For a last-minute pickup, call or send a WhatsApp message and we will tell you straight away whether a chauffeur and vehicle are free.

What information do you need for an airport pickup?

Your flight number, the date and landing time, the drop-off address, the number of passengers and the number of suitcases. Mention skis, golf bags, pushchairs or anything bulky. With the flight number we know the terminal and follow any delay, so you do not need to update us.

Can you handle airport transfers for a whole group?

Yes. A Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 19 passengers and we run several vehicles together for larger groups. We organise rotations when guests land on different flights and send each chauffeur the passenger list, so everyone is met by name at the right terminal.
