Luxury chauffeur vehicles: Mercedes Sprinter, V-Class and E-Class lined up on an airport apron at sunset, private jet behind

Luxury chauffeur vehicles for 1 to 19 passengers

Three Mercedes models, each with a professional chauffeur: the E-Class sedan, the V-Class van and the Sprinter VIP minibus. Here is how to pick the right one for your trip.

Three vehicles, one standard of service

Our fleet is deliberately small: three Mercedes models that cover every group size from a solo traveller to a wedding party. Each one comes with a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls and airport parking included in a fixed price agreed before you travel.

Vehicle Passengers Suitcases Best for
Mercedes E-Class up to 3 about 3 business trips, couples, airport runs, evenings out
Mercedes V-Class up to 7 about 7 families, small groups, golf bags, skis, strollers
Mercedes Sprinter up to 19 about 12 groups, weddings, seminars, sports teams

The suitcase figures assume one standard checked bag per person. Ski bags, golf bags and large strollers take more space, so count them separately when you ask for a quote.

How to choose the right vehicle

Start with the number of passengers, then look at the luggage. That second step is where most bookings go wrong.

For 1 to 3 people with normal luggage, the E-Class is the natural choice. It is quiet, discreet and fits easily into hotel forecourts and villa driveways. From 4 people, or as soon as a couple travels with a stroller and a golf bag, move up to the V-Class. Our advice for 5 friends with skis heading to Isola 2000: one V-Class, not two sedans. You travel together and everything fits in one hold.

From 8 passengers, the Sprinter keeps the whole group in a single vehicle. That matters at Nice Côte d’Azur airport, where one meeting point and one departure are much simpler than coordinating two vans in the arrivals hall.

What every vehicle has on board

The standard does not change from the sedan to the minibus:

  • recent Mercedes models, cleaned before each ride;
  • bottled water and phone chargers;
  • Wi-Fi in most vehicles;
  • child seats on request, fitted before pickup;
  • English and French speaking chauffeurs who know the coast.

One local point worth knowing: Èze village and the old village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence are pedestrian inside their walls. Whatever the vehicle, your chauffeur drops you at the village entrance and waits there, so plan comfortable shoes rather than a bigger car.

Combining vehicles for large groups

Above 19 passengers we run several vehicles together. A group of 24 usually travels in one Sprinter and one V-Class. Forty seminar guests might need two Sprinters and a V-Class, with an E-Class for the speakers who leave early.

We plan the rotations between the airport, the hotels and the venues, then send each chauffeur the passenger list and timing. Details and examples are on our group transportation on the French Riviera page.

Not sure which combination fits? Give us the number of passengers and suitcases on the quote form and we will suggest the vehicle plan with a fixed price.

Frequently asked questions

Which vehicle should I book for 4 passengers?

Book the Mercedes V-Class. The E-Class takes a maximum of 3 passengers, and squeezing a fourth person in the front is not an option. With 4 people and their suitcases, the V-Class gives everyone a proper seat and leaves room for extra bags, strollers or a golf bag.

Can I choose the exact model or colour of the car?

You choose the category: E-Class, V-Class or Sprinter. All our vehicles are recent black Mercedes models, so the look is consistent. If a specific detail matters to you, such as Wi-Fi for a long drive or a child seat, mention it in your quote request and we confirm it in writing.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Tell us the age or weight of each child when you ask for a quote so we fit the right seat: baby seat, toddler seat or booster. The chauffeur installs it before pickup, so you do not have to bring your own on the plane.

How do you handle a group of 25 people?

We combine vehicles. For 25 passengers the usual plan is one Sprinter plus one V-Class, which gives 26 seats and spreads the luggage across two holds. Each chauffeur receives the passenger list and timing, and you keep a single contact for the whole booking.

Is Wi-Fi available in every vehicle?

Wi-Fi is on board in most of our vehicles. If you need a connection for work during the ride, say so when you book and we will assign a vehicle with Wi-Fi. Every vehicle has phone chargers and bottled water, whatever the trip length.
