Mercedes Sprinter chauffeur for groups up to 19
A VIP minibus with quilted leather seats and a professional chauffeur, so your whole group travels in one vehicle from the airport, the hotel or the venue.
A VIP minibus for up to 19 passengers
The Mercedes Sprinter is the vehicle behind our name. It seats up to 19 passengers in quilted leather VIP seats, with a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport parking and bottled water included in a fixed price.
The point is simple: one vehicle, one departure, everyone arrives together. No splitting the group between taxis, no waiting for the last car at the hotel.

What groups use the Sprinter for
Weddings. Guests move between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception without anyone driving after dinner. Many venues sit in the hills around Grasse, Mougins and Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Some bastides are reached by narrow lanes, so we check access in advance for a vehicle of more than 7 m. If the lane is too tight, a V-Class shuttles guests from the road.
Seminars and congresses. Daily runs between the hotels and the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco or a company in Sophia Antipolis. We plan rotations around your agenda, including the early arrivals and late departures.
Sports teams. Players, staff and kit bags travel in one go between the airport, the hotel and the stadium or training ground.
Long-distance trips. Day trips to Italy, transfers to the Alpine ski resorts, Provence or Marseille airport. Nice to Milan takes roughly 3 h 30 by motorway.
Luggage: plan it before the day
The Sprinter takes about 12 standard checked suitcases. A seminar group with cabin bags is easy. A full group of 19 with one large suitcase each, golf bags or ski equipment is a different story.
For those cases we offer, on request, a luggage trailer or a second vehicle that takes the bags while the group travels in the Sprinter. Tell us the number and type of bags when you ask for a quote, and we size the solution accordingly.
Local constraints we plan for
A minibus is not a sedan, and the Riviera has a few places where that matters:
- Monaco. Traffic on the Rock is restricted. Groups visiting the Prince’s Palace are usually dropped at Place d’Armes and walk up the Rampe Major, about 10 minutes on foot.
- Hill villages. Èze and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are pedestrian inside their walls. The chauffeur drops you at the entrance and waits nearby.
- Driving time. A minibus of this size falls under EU driving-time rules: the chauffeur must take a 45-minute break after 4 h 30 at the wheel. On long days we build those breaks into the schedule, or add a second chauffeur on request.
- Event weeks. During the Cannes Film Festival in May and the Monaco Grand Prix, traffic around the venues is restricted. We plan drop-off points and extra margin with you in advance.
Comfort on board
The quilted leather seats are designed for long journeys, with climate control throughout the cabin. Bottled water and phone chargers are on board, and most of our vehicles have Wi-Fi. Each vehicle is cleaned before every ride, and your chauffeur speaks English and French.
Planning a larger event
For groups above 19, we run the Sprinter alongside other vehicles: two Sprinters for 38 guests, or a Sprinter with a Mercedes V-Class for 26. Our group transportation on the French Riviera and event transportation pages show how we organise multi-vehicle days.
Send your programme, number of passengers and luggage through the quote form. We come back with a vehicle plan and a single fixed price.

Frequently asked questions
How much luggage fits in the Mercedes Sprinter?
About 12 standard checked suitcases. Cabin bags and a few large cases travel easily. A full group of 19 with one large case each, or with sports equipment, may need a luggage trailer or a second vehicle, both available on request. Give us the bag count when you ask for a quote.
Can the Sprinter pick up a group at Nice airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur tracks the flight and meets the group in the arrivals hall with a name sign, then walks everyone to the vehicle together. Airport parking and waiting time are included. If passengers land on different flights, we can plan a single pickup or several rotations.
Can the Sprinter drive into Monaco and the hill villages?
Yes, with some limits. In Monaco, groups visiting the Prince's Palace are usually dropped at Place d'Armes and walk up the Rampe Major. Èze village and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are pedestrian inside their walls, so the chauffeur drops you at the entrance and waits nearby.
Is the Sprinter suitable for long trips to Italy or the Alps?
Yes. Nice to Milan is roughly 3 h 30 by motorway, and we also drive groups to the Alpine ski resorts. Because a minibus falls under EU driving-time rules, the chauffeur takes a 45-minute break after 4 h 30 at the wheel. We build those breaks into the schedule or add a second chauffeur on request.
What if my group is larger than 19 people?
We combine vehicles. Two Sprinters carry up to 38 passengers, and a Sprinter with a V-Class covers 26. Each chauffeur gets the passenger list and timing, and you keep one contact for the whole operation. Send us the total number of guests and suitcases and we propose a vehicle plan.
